"Making an appointment to talk to bank personnel about getting a loan or other issues is absolutely ridiculous ESL Federal Credit Union has a much better reputation for customer service and loyalty never again will I seek service from Summit Credit Union it’s nothing but a sham I hope to God they go out of business very quickly plus making an appointment to talk to a bank representative is absolutely impossible, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy."
"I love this bank/credit union. Been with them since they opened. Never failed me. From on line banking, loans, checking, savings, etc., as well as customer service. Always been happy with them. However, they do not answer the phone. I have tried every day for a week and been on hold beyond an hour every time. Never got through. Very bad. Lowered my rating."
"I have been a member for over 8 years now. I loved the online banking up until I moved out of the country. Now, it asks me to verify my account with my cell, that I normally keep turned off, even though I have registered my device, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! This is super annoying."
