"My daughter has purchased numerous arrangements from this establishment. Up until yesterday, I will never ever shop here again nor refer anymore clientele. I picked up an arrangement yesterday evening close to 6pm. I asked the young lady did they have applepay and she said yes. She puts in the charge of $59.74 and at first it said something was wrong with the chip. She did it again and approved showed up on het credit card device and I instantly got a notification from my bank that the charge was approved. As I go to leave, the young lady stated a receipt didnt print and she was going to charge me again because her manager would want a receipt. At first I thought she was playing but clearly not. I told her absolutely not and she has to be kidding me. She then goes on to say she would refund one of the charges back if it goes through twice. I showed her my bank record showing the charge went through and she was still trying to convince me otherwise so I told her to call the police and we can let them handle it. Of course She didnt so I left. Literally 12/19 at 7:40 pm she is texting my daughter stating the charge didnt go through so I called my bank who said otherwise and I have the records to prove it. I will NEVER EVER shop at this floral shop again. I have never ever experienced something like this. At this point, I will give the floral store two stores down a chance because this is ridiculous."

"Beautiful feng shui and attention to detail. Flower City is my new go-to floral shop as they have the best prices and a wide variety of arrangements (supplying both in and OUT of season flora). Delivery is only a $5 additional fee, but do yourself a favor and immerse yourself in the aromatic paradise. Both Gary and Wendy are welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating! I purchased both of these arrangements photographed below for only $21.73 (Beautiful vases included… what a bargain)!!!"
