"After being with Bank of America for almost 20+ years, (First Federal) I've finally reached my breaking point like many others and will be closing my accounts, my children's accounts, and going to ESL. I went in, and asked the human (Girl had with locs) to cash and deposit my check as I've done with her every friday/Saturday for as long as shes been hired at this location . I have online mobile and would have used the atms to do any deposits instead of waiting in line as only one person was cashing people out. so logically, I needed to cash my check otherwise my visit inside would have been pointless. I have lived in this town for 15 years and have been doing business with this branch faithfully for that long. I noticed that after I left, it was done incorrectly when confronted with her mistake she arrogantly refused to acknowledge her it to fix it or admit she made one. ( that's fine also) even when I pleaded with her to check the camaras and review them. It's not about the money as much as it was the dehumanizing arrogance experience i had to endure that came with it. With great restraint and with tears in my eyes, I relied on my heavenly Father for strength and walked out knowing. Jah has me covered. As typical as this story is, I refuse to let it suppress me and will say Good Bye Forever Bank of America I'm done."

"Well, I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I came here to cash a personal check. That's from their bank and they charge me $8 just because I don't have an account with them, but I have an account with citizens. The thing is, most banks are going to be close tomorrow. Because the Veterans Day and well. I didn't think my check would clear and I gotta put it in my bank account. And kind of need money today. You would think that they would wave that and stop doing charging people to cash their own personal checks. You know somebody is getting rich out there off a check cashing. Only reason I gave them two stars and not one is because they were friendly."

"Poorly ran establishment. Why have a business line, when it's never open. I have to get back to my store, but since I have to wait in line for an hour for only 5 people ahead of me, it's going to cost me money. Great Job BOA. Not recommended."

"Worst location I've been to. Pot holes that can swallow a mid-size car while pulling into the plaza entrance at the bank entrance on the ramp from Jefferson Road to West Henrietta Road. Un-expected, I had come to a dead stop in order to evaluate the best course of action as I was already committed to the turn. Thankfully, there was no traffic behind me."

"I needed to cash a check from my retirement account to pay my daughters dorm deposit for college. They refused to cash the check even though they could have easily called Fidelity to verify the check. The manager in a round about way accused me of fraud even though I have never had an issue with my account for that assumption to be made(nice way to stereotype a African American client). Being that I have family in the banking industry I know the check could have been cashed. When I asked to close my accounts she said I should cancel all my direct deposits first. Horrible customer service. I only opened an account with them due to I heard they are great with mortgage rates but based on my experience I refuse to do any more business with them. My daughter will now lose her room and board option for college which means she can no longer go to that school. The amount I will lose for deposits are far higher than I can afford as a recently divorced mother with 4 children."
