"I would give 0 stars if I could. I had my fiancé’s bridal shower the other day and called a week in advance to order a wildflower bouquet with pink and white colors. the owner on the phone said “okay! So summery colors? Would you like me to put a sunflower in there as well?” So replied “yes that would be great thank you”. Long behold, after I dropped off my fiancé at her shower and rushed over to the florist to pick them up. I walk in and there was a STRONG cigarette smell that just smacks you in the face and cats everywhere. I told the lady at the counter I’m here to pick up a bouquet. so she goes into fridge and can’t find it! So she says “I don’t see it! What’s the name?” So I gave her my name so she finds my order ticket and she says “oh! Here it is” and grabs a bouquet of flowers that looks NOTHING like I asked for a week prior. It was a ugly beige rose bouquet that looked like it was meant for a funeral, meanwhile I asked for a colorful pink and white wild flower bouquet. The lady insisted that that was my order and showed me the ticket that said “wildflower bouquet summer colors” so I demanded that she make me a new bouquet! So had to take it upon myself to open the fridges and select flowers that would be in a WILDFLOWER bouquet. The lady then took the flowers and made the bouquet that I pretty much put together. Then proceeded to charge me FULL PRICE with no compensation. I will NEVER be coming back here they made my quick 5 minute florist visit turn into 30 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"My nephew just order flowers from this place and receive them and they are full of ants when calling the place he was told he should wash them. I'm sorry shouldn't that be the florists job? There is absolutely no reason whatsoever I should come into my house and find out that my military nephew who's here visiting his girlfriend for their anniversary brought a bouquet of flowers full of ants into my house. I would definitely steer away from this place because they do not know how to treat flowers or customers with the proper respect."

"Called to place an order for my brothers wake.. spoke to the owner or manager specifically because of past orders from other florists just randomly putting whatever flowers they want in orders that look NOTHING LIKE the photo. Thought it would be a good florist since she called BUT ..not only did my daughter SPELL OUT the deceased name 3 times they also called the morning of asking the deceased name Again! I get to my brothers wake with no flowers to be found from us. I called to get my money back and was told i would get a call back and never did. I called myself after 5pm to tell them i want my money back and who KNOWS where my flowers are for my brother.. so sad and angry."

"The flowers I ordered for delivery to my aunt in the hospital had browned roses and were not fresh. I texted Variety about them and got no response. If they didn’t have fresh roses ( the color was not common) then they should have notified me and asked if another color was ok. Not delivered a sub par bouquet."
