"So I went into the store to receive a money transfer that was sent by my pastor, upon conversing with the clerk I was told that my identification was not acceptable and that the manager has been the one to make this decision. I recently had my wallet stolen but was issued a state recognized temporary form of identification that Western Union also accepts (which I know because I contacted them ). However I'm not sure if it was based upon my appearance due to me having worked a 10 hour shift and being dirty or the fact that I am Hispanic with tattoos, but the manager ( Older white woman ) literally looked at my arms , glanced at her co-worker then looked directly at my shirt and said that she doesn't feel "comfortable"allowing me to pick up "this much money" Unless I had a valid driver's license and another form of identification ( which you only need one form of ID ) Then when I had contacted the sender and asked if he could change the transaction to a (No ID pickup) which he did, the women told me that the amount exceeded the limit for that kind of transaction and told me to leave before she called the police. I verified with Western Union the amount limit for the type of transaction and found out that she blatantly lied. I am not one to accuse people of racism but in my heart that's what this woman is. Biased and racist and I will never be using that location again for anything. Also I will be calling corporate. People like her are the reason there is division in the United States."

"I stopped in to buy some seafood that was on sale but I don't normally shop here. I found the store to be meticulous and well stocked. All the product was " faced out well". The store offers a lot of variety in there different departments except for the bakery which appeared light in product. The fish department is fully stocked and it smelled like fresh seafood, unlike other places that smell like disinfectant disguising maybe bad seafood, which it should never. My only criticism is a few of the people who work there like the person handling my deli order were not, " customer friendly " and I felt almost like I was inconveniencing her with my multiple deli items. Even the gentleman in the seafood department seemed distant and unfriendly. He did not greet me or thank me for my order after completing it. Trust me I worked in retail long time and in the deli at Shoprite a long time ago and understand the pressure and the stress it can cause. However, I also learned that good customer service is how stores make a profit. Greeting people, assisting people and making them feel you value their business is what brings them back. People don't want to shop or shop long at an establishment that seems inconvenienced by there presence or even return again. Saying holds true, " you never get a second chance to make a first impression"."

"Cleanest supermarket I've ever seen. Much respect for King Kullen. Love that they don't require shoppers to use an app to save money. Cookie and pastry selection is very impressive."
