"i had my daughter come to get her ear peirced in this jewelry store, and never in my life i have seen this disgusting arrogant behavior from these ladies, they didn’t even sanitize her ears and the peircing gun, didn’t give her any assurance and didn’t even mark where to put it and was very rough. and I asked them where to put it and they just gave me stares and it was an uncomfortable situation with them just not talking and very nonchalant. I also noticed when another person and their child came they were the same kind as the employees and the employees treated them better and talking more. Honestly, where did the attitude come from? if they had a bad day they shouldn’t put it on the customers."
