"Went in today to simply get my Tag Heuer Carrera Auto Chrono Calibre 16 sized. I purchased it online, however I have brought all of my watches to Manns for service for well over a decade. I have purchased a watch and gold necklace from Manns in the past totaling over 7k. The woman behind the counter told me it would take 3 days. I laughed and said "are you kidding? It takes 5 minutes to take off two links". Her response was "did you buy it here" I said no. She said "well we have other things that need to be done first". She never asked for my name as she could have seen my long long long history with Manns. I told her you lost a very good customer for life. I went across the street to Cornells. They took it and sized it immediately. I told them they gained a customer for life and will be going back to them for a purchase I will be making soon, which will be a high end engagement ring. The service from Manns was nothing short of disgusting. Their loss and Cornells gain."
