She actually remembers you and strikes up a conversation based on what you talked about on the previous visit--without checking any notes. I brought my 54 year old (yes, 54 yrs old!) diamond engagement ring in for a professional cleaning (never had one done), and a rhodium dip. They repaired the six prongs and cleaned and dipped my diamond -- it looks brand spanking new!!! I am over moon happy with the results. The cost was very reasonable, as well.
