"Don't buy a used rider from this business. They sold my parents a lemon john deere lt150 a month in a half ago. He also doesnt pick up lawn mowers and makes you rent a uhaul. Poor business relations with community. Dont think about it. He will steel your money. Now i have to junk a mower or pay 2000$ worth."

"The last place to take your small engine repair is Hidden Hollow. My father dropped his Troy built rototiller off on 4/25/23 and was told it would be 3 weeks before looking at it. Called the end of May and told it needed a new carburetor. Stopped in June and July and was told a couple more weeks each time. There was no proactive communication from Hidden Hollow; he was never contacted by Hidden Hollow as to the status of the repair at any time. Called August 9 to tell them he was picking up the machine the next day. Upon arrival he was told the machine was in parts and for $80 they would put it back together. He told him to bring the machine out, parts and all. They brought the machine out. The gas tank for the red rototiller they brought out was white. He told them it's the wrong tank. He was told, by the younger man, that it was the right tank and "Don't you know your own machine?" The older man came walking down the driveway with the correct red tank. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"I recently brought my lawnmower in to be fixed. The self propel mower was off. So, they removed a tiny gear part and replaced front wheel. The replacement tire fell off 2 weeks later and self propel still didn't work properly. Paid $75 for this terrible service. I took it elsewhere, problem solved with alignment of front tires and other adjustments. The front tires were never touching ground to begin with. Self propel working better than ever. I was so very disappointed, and would never recommend this place."

"Very unprofessional car and service. Their employee almost ran me off of the road in my car going 50 in a 30 and residential area. How can you treat your customers properties and areas who have children and animals that could be run over by your recklessness. Attached is a photo of the car that was in question."
