"Idk what kind of scam you guys are running over there, but your so called mechanic tried to charge me 130$ for a brake light that requires 2 screws and 5 mins worth of work. I won’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can only imagine what they’re doing to senior citizens. Then when I denied service, it takes him 20 mins to back my truck out. Last time I’ll bring my truck to Mr tire."

"I called this location at 530p on Friday night after I called 4 other places and couldn’t get in. So glad the others couldn’t get me in. The service at Penfield Panorama Trail is outstanding! A shout out to Marissa and Adam. I opted for a new set of tires after I thoroughly discussed my situation with Store Manager Marissa and after the good advice she gave. They were closing at 7p. I arrived at 6p. By 630p Adam had completed the courtesy inspection on my vehicle. Adam and Marissa completed the tire installation in 30 minutes!! I got a great deal and I am very satisfied with their service. Quite a team here!! Thank you both so much! Maggie L"

"I rarely write a review but the people at Mr. Tire are amazing! This is my first winter in the snow and needed appropriate tires. They took the time to explain differences, pricing (no hidden fees), and answered ALL of my questions. Over the phone or in person everyone was professional, polite, and they completed the job early! I will continue to bring our cars here. I would highly recommend them!"

"Went in a couple weeks ago - Dan at Mr. Tire had great transparency in his communication and went above and beyond in diagnosing my car's issues. There were a couple problems that couldn't be fixed at Mr. Tire as the problems either required a visit to the dealership or a visit to a previous auto shop in town that put the wrong parts on my car! He even called the other Mr. Tires in the area to see if it was them who installed the wrong sway bar/links (it turned out to be Mavis Discount Tire) but I appreciated the effort for trying to help me. I'm not car savvy so I appreciate the time Dan took to explain the issues - very professional and knowledgeable."

"All the staff my boyfriend and I talked to were really nice and helpful. They actually cared, did a great job, went above and beyond, and explained the whole process. They didn’t try to over sell me. I came for an oil change it was only $40 which is super cheap. Plus they rotated and put air in my tires. They are very understaffed at the location I went to in East Rochester. The online system is not accurate. I felt bad for the workers because so many people walk in (including me) thinking their online appointment is confirmed, but the system automatically does that. Not the actual workers. This should be fixed because the workers shouldn’t have to deal with angry customers on top of being way understaffed when it’s not even their fault. All the staff explained this and were super accommodating and just were great employees/workers. All the staff at this location deserve a raise. Will definitely be back for some tires soon. Hope the online system gets fixed."
