"I called looking for a repair shop for my son's car before I saw the reviews. Talking to the owner I thought we needed head gasket repair due to the white smoke out the back of the car. He corrected me for the likely issue I felt as though he had a good idea of the fix. We saw the reviews before driving down to the BMW shop, I was skeptical but curious. Its easy to walk away if I feel like I'm dealing with a hustler. Worth the conversation to find a decent mechanic in New York. He looked at the car and told us that the repair was covered by the dealer. I responded that the car was a 2011. He repeated that the repair was covered by the dealer and called the person he knew at the dealer in front of us and we made the appointment to drop the car off. My experience Nov 22, 2021 was decent especially with the money saved."

"Poor quality, poor service, wish we never brought the car here. Buyers BE WARNED, your car will be in WORSE SHAPE than how you brought it in! There are too many places with at least halfway decent service amd people that show you respect and decency as a person. The car had to be brought ELSEWHERE for PROPER SEVICES."
