I introduced myself to Paul himself and explained what my situation was and the reviews that brought me here. His very first response was, “those are not true!” In a joking manner. Because BOY was that a lie! Excellent Customer service and a welcoming environment is felt as soon as that bell rings after opening the front door! Nothing but laughs, my car was repaired in a timely manner and the best part was I learned a lot. Not only about my car but about Paul as well as some of cool facts about our city. Specially because sadly most places are a rip off or they straight up lie to you about what’s going on with your car. Today is the First time I bring my car to Paul’s and I’m just so glad I came to him. He is great! He found out what the issue was and resolved It within minutes. He knows exactly what he’s doing and is one of the very few honest mechanics out there. Whatever issue you have just bring It to Paul’s and you will have nothing to worry about.
