"Context - I am a woman: When I called to make an appointment for my truck to be serviced, I spoke with Tony in the service dept. I stated that I have been working 60-70 hours a week and just need basic things done that I don’t have time for myself due to my work schedule. I was immediately questioned as to why my husband wasn’t handling it, and then I stated that I am the one that works in our vehicles and always have been. Then it was taken one step further as I was stating what I needed to be done to our truck , he informed me of all the ways that I could Mess it up myself by doing it myself, again, I have told him several times that I am experienced and have serviced all of our vehicles and am qualified to do so but unable to due to my hours at work. During this he cut me off and started to yell and talk down to another woman who was physically there in the service dept , while I was listening to the conversation over the phone.still at this point, I just needed to have our truck serviced so I gritted my teeth and asked if I could just make an appointment, and how much it would run me. After a deep sigh from his end he told me the service amount, and followed it up by “I’m sure if you’re saying your more than “qualified “ you could do it cheaper , but I understand I’d like a train professional to do it “. After that I just hung up. This is not the first time I’ve had this type of experience with this person specifically at the service dept. but this was the straw that broke the camels back. I called a more local Chevy dealer in the Victor area. Spoke with an AMAZING man in the service dept, and a technician. And they both apologized to me for having this experience, and I’m general for the fact that women get spoken to and treated like this daily when it comes to anything automotive. They offered to not only service my vehicle, but offered a discount. Along with he spoke to me about other locations/ auto stores and service departments that would not take 25 mins to argue and mansplain things to me that I already knew and treat me like I’m stupid. I would love to go back to the used car/ new car dealer at Hoselton. But men please don’t let your women in your life especially , deal with this service dept. 25 frustrating minutes I’ll never get back."

"I was told by Paul that I needed new brakes and rotors to be able to pass inspection because they were severely rusted. It was going to be an extra $550. I took it somewhere else the day after and I was told there was no problem with them at all and passed inspection with no problem. They just want your money."

"Paul and team worked diligently to diagnose and repair my vehicle, all while keeping me updated throughout the day. Despite never encountering this issue before, they worked with GM to research and resolve the situation and made sure I was leaving with my vehicle the same day. Their hard work is greatly appreciated!"

"Went in for an issue they were not able to resolve. Was told that both my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced to pass inspection. I elected not to have it done by them as I was skeptical since my car has less than 23K and I did not feel any issues. Took it to a trusted mechanic who confirmed that the brakes did not need to be replaced. I paid $160 for Hoselton Service to basically do nothing and lie to me. So infuriated!"
