"This place is terrible. Wasted 2 hours waiting for an oil change Toyota care service. No updates while waiting. Just an awful experience. Do not recommend at all. Find anywhere else to go…"

"They rotated my tires (supposedly) and FAILED to notice one tire was completely DRY-ROTTED! Mad at myself for not inspecting better, but for the $$$ Hoselton charges, you'd want to think you can TRUST THEM!!!!! Dangerous!!!!!!"

"Went in for noisy exhaust. Left instruction to replace Header to Exhaust Donut gasket. Asked for a test drive to hear the exhaust leak. Got little of this, but mist-diagnose while on lift. "Noise caused by back brakes." So sad."

"Toyota hounded me for months about a second URGENT recall on my airbag, which I had already been in for two years ago (guess that fix was only temporary). Finally contacted the recall service and they set up an appointment with Hoselton at 3:20 PM on a Friday. Received a confirmation email from Hoselton. All good so far. So I pull up to the service door (which has big signs that say "Pull up until the door opens"). The door opens and a guy comes out pointing at me. I roll down my window, and he says, rudely, "She's waiting on you to get out of the way!" Referring to a car behind me. So I pull away and park, thinking I need to go inside to confirm my appointment. So I go inside. They look at me like I'm lost, and tell me to pull up to the garage, where I JUST WAS. They apologize. I pull up in the garage. Another man takes some info then escorts me back to the service desk. Another man behind the service desk asks me why I'm there. I say I have a confirmed appointment for an airbag replacement. He says it's highly unlikely they will be able to get it done by the time they close (6PM). (The recall paperwork says it should take about an hour). He then says they don't even have the part to do the service, and I'll have to reschedule, and leave the vehicle there for most of the day to complete the work. Complete waste of time. I understand Hoselton is not entirely to blame, as the recall service (whoever they are) were obviously incompetent, but I expected Hoselton to at least be aware of the appointment, and/or tell the recall service they would have to order the part and schedule it when it was in stock, and with enough time to complete the work, so that I don't take off work early and waste my afternoon, or, at the very least, just be nice when someone pulls up to the service entrance instead of telling me to get lost."

"On my brand new Toyota the battery died. Took them two hours to charge the battery. Had to wait. I asked for a loaner. They claimed that they did not have one. I have lost faith in Toyota. One buys a new car with the hope that it will be trouble free. Afraid to go anywhere especially during the winter months."
