"Ford Edge side view mirror fell out of housing due to defective clips. Van Bortal service referred me to their “Quick Lane” service to reinstall a mirror. Would not give me an appointment, told me to just bring it in. When I did, they told me I would need to leave it, hopefully they would get to it before end of day. When I explained it was a 5 min job, pop in the new mirror in the housing, they became annoyed, but found someone to do it. Then they attempted to charge me for something clearly covered under warranty. Very unprofessional and clearly not “Quick”. Will not go back."

"Took in my car for a passenger airbag recall replacement. They had the car the entire weekend, which is fine. I got it back and the contents of my organized glovebox were thrown back in along with a random dirty and partially ripped invoice from another customer. There is a cover on the side of the dashboard that was sticking out because they missed one of the holes with the clips and then mushed it down (breaking the clip) and left it. The clip is broken but I can at least get the cover to lay flat by putting it back correctly (see picture, top clip should be straight like the rest). The motivator for this review is the incessant rattling under the dashboard cover that has gotten worse with time (repair was last year) and was nonstop today. Drives me crazy on bumpy roads. I haven't been able to figure out what it is without dismantling the dashboard. Extra star for the pleasant weekend with the loaner vehicle."
