"The property manager is amazing! The apartments are clean. Very rarely have I had a problem, and if I do they fix it promptly. Love the door to door entry way. It is nice, and safe. It is beautiful to take a walk around the pond on a nice day."

Shari showed us different types of houses and always gave us enough time to think. She is kind, positive, patient, and friendly. She always welcomed our questions and her answers made us feel clear. Nancy also helped us when Shari was out of office. Both of them are professional and people we can trust. All of my family are feeling comfortable to live here. We share laundries with others. The laundry room is always clean and not crowded. When we had snow, there were people who took care of sidewalk to prevent slippery. We feel this community is organized well. My children enjoy playing at our backyard too! Also, we cannot wait to have a clubhouse and pool near future! Both are currently under construction."

"After selling my coop of many years, I rented at Eagle Rock, Woodbury for 15 months while deciding where to settle. My experience was favorable. The apartment was quiet, and comfortable. I had a nice view of the woods and saw many interesting birds from my living room sofa. My neighbors were friendly and there was enough parking, that I was never without a spot. The community was safe and clean. I did not encounter any instances of crime, nor did I ever have to request an exterminator. Nancy is a very responsive property manager. I didn't have many repair issues, but on the few occasions that I did, she got the right people over on a timely basis. One example that comes to mind is that I discovered on the first chilly night in late September, that my heat wasn't cycling on. Nancy and her staff got the problem fixed long before winter weather arrived."
