"Love my apartment and the neighbors are nice."

"Be Aware and Read my fellow Renters This property is mismanaged to begin with!! Property Management is little to none. Calling to get office for work on apartment is none. Emails and text messages will be ignored. First day in we had a termite infestation. Throughout the entire time living in property we had mice. The balcony had structural problems from day one. Took property management 3 months to repair. During the time on property we were asked to do repairs to bathroom and ceiling from failure of exhaust fan. Covid was the excuse for the repairs which I never asked for reimbursement for my time. I assumed I was doing a favor for a favor trying to be a good tenant keep management safe from possible Covid. I could go on and talk about the pool being closed, mold, broken laundry appliances, ECT... Main reason of review is to allow fellow renters to be aware of their Security Deposit. After you have moved on from this property your Security Deposit will be negated by insignificant "Items" I patched all nail holes, vacuumed "undamaged carpets", cleaned the fridge, cleaned the shelves in kitchen, bought new covers for the range, cleaned the bathroom, ECT.... I even took pictures before I had left to confirm all of the above. Basically all that needed to be done for next move in was a sanding walls and painting. Finally Security Deposit was Negated $140. "

"Very old unit, you heard a squising from the wood in every step you taking, worst thing ever when you can't get a rest or sleep especially if you live at bottom because you heard every steep they make on top of you very loud what's make it worst ,the ones living on top of my unit they don't sleep at all the entire night, and withered you complain or no it doesn't make any difference,so i decided to move when my contract is done , what a nightmare"

"We lived in apartment 510, there’s nothing wrong with the community per say. The people are nice, & the complex is clean. However the walls are thin so you can hear everything between your neighbors. The grounds keeper Joe is amazing and moves with a sense of urgency when You have a problem, we spoke to him more than we ever spoke to management. Which leads into how horrific they are. You can’t get a hold of them and they won’t call for you either. We’ve moved out of that apartment since June 2017 and we have yet to receive our security deposit back. We have tried numerous times to reach management we’ve even left messages with service representatives and have yet to receive a phone call back. They are not professional and deemed almost Untrustworthy in my book for not giving me back my money."
