"I tried to call 10 times and emailed to try to schedule a viewing of apartments. These people are the worst and Do Not return my emails or calls. How do you expect to get new tenants if you never answer the phone and ALL calls are forwarding to an answering service?"

"Dont even bother applying - all they do is give you a run around… chasing the agent around for responses to messages & calls, you can have all the income & credit & they will still not approve you, seems like they have some “perfect tenant” they are searching for"

"I found an apartment I liked in their building, and after almost a week of them asking crazy requests for things that were not needed(buying time) everything was agreed on. The management emailed back after every request was completed and said that they have a better offer from someone else and wanted more money out of me. Keep in mind they asked me for an entire years rent upfront which i was ready to pay. Overall, run by a deceiving management that wont hold true to any promise they make. Stray away from this property."
