"Rented for 2 years on a yearly lease. In 2021 it was 2230/mo. In 2022 it was 2330/mo We were SHOCKED with the third year lease offer at 2600/mo. A nearly 13% increase since the year prior. If we were on a monthly lease it would be even more money. We were ideal tenants and good neighbors to our fellow renters. The management listened to our needs while we lived there but often failed to follow through. The general contractors they had were unable to resolve some persistent issues with the apartment resulting in loss of some services, which we asked to be compensated for, but were ghosted. They claim to have a walking trail on the property but it's rarely ever maintained and out of the 2 years living there I think it was usable for 6 months at most. The "pond" they have nearby has a collection of tires, trash, and garbage in it that reeks. It was reported to management but not cleaned up. There are some unseen fees that seem really minor prior to signing but in the long run are frustrating for a long term renter. For example, they do not permit grills of any type in your apartment or outside, but you can rent THEIR communal grill for 25 dollars per reservation. Want to book the communal space in the community building? 150 dollars for that! Overall I give them 2/5 stars because the place was brand new when we lived there but the charm wore off quickly. This place is advertised as luxury but needs significant improvements to live up to the advertisement."
