"Great Place, but Vineyard Commons Dog Breed Restrictions on their own lease is Not enforced . Comfort dogs require documentation, but this does not excuse the restriction list. There are units with 2 dog restricted breed . 55+ with restricted dogs is not a good mix."

"They raise the rents too high each year. They have no care for their tenants. They kept some of my mother's security deposit stating that she left the place a mess. She had it cleaned so how could it possibly be that dirty??? They said they had to replace the stove when that was not true; it was fully functional. The paint above her toilet was peeling from the day I moved in and they never fixed it and said it didn't need to be fixed. If you can live with rents being raised too high and taking security deposits higher than necessary, go for it. Michael, I offered to come in a clean it to get Mom's deposit back and you turned me down. No one is inhabiting it currently and at last report from you, no one is working on it."
