"I drove out to their Long Island location to buy a Macbook they had. Owner seemed very nice and trustworthy. He told me the power was not working at the store so I never got to see the computer plugged in. There wasn't really much light to get a good look but I still bought it. When I got it home it would not take a charge. I took back to them and they had a charger there that made it seem like it was working and I felt a lil' silly. I went to buy a new charger to replace the one that came with it. Still no charge. Then I went to genius bar and the genius said it was one of the worst machines he ever saw. None of their chargers would charge it. He opened it up. It was missing lots of screws, a mess and he was surprised it was working at all. He even wrote up a whole report for me. I should have known better than to buy literally in the dark."
