"You cannot call anyone at the actual store! I bought a brand new mac computer online, left it for some set up, the technician called me and left a message needing an answer from me about what I want done and told me to call back. I called 5 times and only got someone in an answering center, they said no one can call the store!! I have to drive over there! I said I am returning a call from the geek squad who needed to hear back from me. Why would they call me and ask me to return the call when they can't be reached?This customer service SUCKS!!!!! Anytime I go in the store there are at least 5 people standing around doing nothing, why can't someone answer a call?? I will stop doing business at Best Buy for this very reason. I gave them one star because you can't leave it empty, but really it should be none."

"Should have more information and customer service so customers could make better informed decisions even if they don't have a laptop or computer when are trying to contact them for that very same help you are trying to ask them for. And if I'm not mistaking they are expensive service"

"My girlfriend came here to get her new phone repaired. English is her second language. She dropped her phone and it kept cutting out signal saying SIM card not available. After taking it to geek squad they told her immediately it’s broken and there’s nothing to do to fix it without saying what’s wrong or any diagnostic feedback at all. They then asked if she wanted to trade it in for 300 when it’s barely a year old Samsung galaxy… I told her go to a fix it repair shop and they told her after 5 min it just needs a new sim reader and would do it for 100… these guys at geek squad just tried to take advantage and it’s messed up."

"Worst experience I have with Best Buy and I shop here often. Spend lots of money, dissatisfied with a product I bought yesterday. Know I’m limited too what in the store and online has what I want. I can’t why would the company give us more choices in store than online. We are older folks and not everyone is inclined to online services. Plus you pay more shipping and handling. This is not good. And plus is a very good store to get all your new stuff but if I have to wait on a hot day for ac that not a good business"

"This is the only place that I come to, AND recommend my family and friends to. I've tried a couple of places before, just to have a problem and then have to wait until they open. I called geek squad at 11:30pm and had a person remotely fix my problem. Very professional and understanding to your needs. You can make an appt. and be seen on-time. Can't wait to renew my membership."
