"I had a water leak and assumed it was the pump in the boiler room because in the past that is where I had problems. I have only used Bee & Jay for 22 years and have always had excellent and prompt service. Unfortunately the plumber (employee of Bee & Jay) took my lead and offered to replace the pump or install a new switch. The pump was fairly new and Bee & Jay had replaced within 2 years and so I took the switch replacement instead. There was a flood on the floor and the plumber just followed my lead instead of looking at the system. I wet vac the water and the next day the 2 inches of water returned. It was apparent that the pipe was leaking by the water filter and that was what the problem was. I called and was called back by the owner who said he was too busy and will come back on Monday. He did send someone later that day but no phone call was received so no one was home to let them in. Sunday I had an emergency situation and hired another plumber who corrected the problem by re-doing a new water filter system and repairing the pipe that was leaking. Monday I called the owner who told me he was the best plumber in the town even though his employee did not address the problem and that the water pump he was trying to sell me is working just fine. A business is only as good as the people who work there and it is unfortunate that the owner might be the best plumber in town but his employees aren't."

Had a leak, running up an unwarranted water bill and the area was challenging to get to because of the crawl space. Had called few company's; they were either a no show or too lazy to do the job.
