"Very unprofessional my car got impounded by the cops and my brand new vapes which are $60 a piece 1 of them is gone which the cops left on my seat and told me they left them there. When I called and told them to talk to their driver because it’s very unprofessional for something to be missing when no one but them had access to. They just claim it wasn’t them but it’s obvious no one else had access to my car. And when told it’s unprofessional she says “it’s unprofessional you had your car impounded” very rude. UPDATED: was going through the rest of my car when I got home and found other personal items missing from my bag , on top of it being left open($200 worth missing ). So at this point I have contacted local state police because this is NOT how a business operate. Waiting on police response will update. Very unprofessional and disappointed !"
"Managed to get my car bottomed out on some swiss blocks outside my house. Called Trippel A and Mike showed up in 15 minutes. Mike quickly got a tow truck and got my car unstuck and my tire changed within 30 minutes or so. I can't remember the drivers name but it was a great experience! 10/10 would get car stuck again."

"My car stalled & refused to start after I filled up at a local BJ's gas station. I called AAA & they dispatched Valley Towing & Sons. Their service tech, Mike, showed up promptly & quickly troubleshoot the problem to a faulty starter. He worked his magic & got the vehicle started. He is very knowledgeable & courteous. He saved me from having to wait for a tow truck. Kudos also to manager, Christine. She was very reassuring & kept me informed that help was on the way. My thanks again to Valley Towing & Sons.
