"No longer in business was a great place new company has alot of old employee"
"This was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer trying to buy a product from a company. I ordered a whole house worth of drywall and set up a delivery date. That day came around and I hadn't heard anything so I called them to find out when they were delivering. They told me they wouldn't make it that day but for some reason they failed to call me to tell me that. We then rescheduled the delivery for 2 days from then since it was going to rain the next day. The next evening they left a message on my phone telling me that they weren't going to deliver the next day either and possibly the rest of the week. When I spoke to the owner he was arrogant and reverted to using profanities when he knew that his company had screwed up. This was especially bad for me because I had 10 guys ready to install the sheet rock that Saturday and they strung me along until Wednesday giving me only 2 days to line up another delivery with another company for a whole house of sheet rock. No one has a boom truck available with only 2 days notice so I had to bring in all of the sheet rock by hand when I got it from the other company. I can't say enough bad things about my experience ordering through JR Builders Supply."
