"Driver was inpatient. On one occasion, he started driving off with doors still open and people getting in still. Speeding and blocking parking lots with the limo made us cringe. The experience was hindered by a positive covid test and then the owner telling us there is nothing they can do about the cost. Very transactional, limo had half drank waters."

"Would not recommend booking them for your wine tasting event. There’s other companies that will provide way better customer service and actually treat you like a customer. I had an initial contract for 16 people i added someone the week of with no problem. The day of someone cancelled and was not able to come and i wanted to know if i could honor the initial contract. Instead of explaining why they cannot do that The owner or whoever he is got very nasty and rude when that wasn’t the tone of the conversation at first.Then he told the driver to get us off the bus. Seemed very racial driven. It’s sad that the owner was so rude and nasty because the vineyards itself was very beautiful. I will be sure to tell everyone on my social media accounts as well not to book this place simply off of the nasty owner who doesn’t know how to speak to people who are paying them nearly 3000 for an event. Extremely money hungry. Wish i would’ve seen the reviews they have before booking with them !"

"I wanted to do a bus to the vineyards as a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday and after doing some research I came across Mike and everyone over at LI Vineyard Tours. They were nothing but pleasant, professional, and helpful. They made the whole experience worlds easier to coordinate. The lunch menu they offer was fantastic. Everyone who attended had a great day and it would not have gone so seamlessly without their help. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to do a similar event."
