"I think this agency takes advantage of all the people that trusted them. Our trip was to Israel during this month and due to airlines cancellations we couldn’t go. Instead of trying to help us, they are keeping our deposits and refuses to talk to us. Their customer services lacks of professionalism and the only thing they care about is making a profit of the money they received instead of helping with solutions. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS AGENCY AT ALL."

We paid for a tour to Tierra Santa, and now that everything has been cancelled because of the war, this agency is denying the full refund and they are charging me $775 for cancellations. According to them the policy doesn't cover "acts of God". 1 star is too much for these despicable people."

"We were supposed to travel to Israel on December 5th and due to the Hamas-Israel War the tour was canceled. This. company now refuses to refund our money back. The airline canceled the flights so they have no reason to keep our money. We keep trying to get in touch with the owner ( David) residing now in Israel and the the response we get is from this absolute rude of a woman called Linda, she's a disgrace. David....you're giving your race a bad image which I don't think you deserve right now all things considered"

"They deserve 0 stars!. This company is an absolute scam. As other reviewers on here have detailed they take your complete deposit even when a trip has been cancelled. In our case to the civil unrest in Israel our trip will be impossible but this company only cares about keeping your money. They are stealing your money. Linda, our agent has been extremely rude and unprofessional. She refuses to communicate in person or via phone, only email. Please save your self time and money and plan your next trip else where."

"I will not use this company again under any circumstances. They are of the mistaken impression that your trip insurance is for their financial gain. Our trip to Israel (Octover 16th-26th) has been cancelled due to the Hamas strikes. Assuming their assertion the airfare is nonrefundable (Turkish Airlines) is correct, this trip is cancelled well prior to expenditures on hotel, shuttles, tour guides, included meals, etcetera. No partial refunds; you are instructed to claim the full trip expense on your trip insurance. They now retain all unused funds."
