"Apartments are very pleasing to the eye and are fair priced for the monthly rent rate. DO NOT GET A LOWER APARTMENT. Can hear everything and anything above you due to the cheap fake hardwood flooring. No soundproofing at all. Upper apartments do not have a balcony. Very poor management and communication from the office. Misinformation given about a lease extension.Took 8 weeks to get a security deposit back after numerous unanswered emails and calls. Did not warn or communicate charges before sending back the deposit. Took any penny they could with bullcrap charges. Mario from maintenance is the best thing about the apartment complex. Very friendly and timely with fixes. Overall would not recommend to others to rent here."
