"The experience of renting here was great, can't speak about living here yet as my dad moves in next month. But compared to other apartment/townhouse complexes, they were responsive and quick to help."

"My family members oven needs replaced - had to buy a thermometer & write down what number temperature equals true cooking temperature. Underneath the kitchen sink still leaks after worker supposedly corrected the leak. Maintenance workers over the winter worked on neighbors house downstairs & took my family members shovel. Also people own HUGE dogs & there is an aggressive pit bull sometimes tied up outside in the community…..if it breaks loose it’ll rip you to shreds or possibly kill a small child."

"Nice quiet place to live. Neighborhood and neighbors are also very quiet and friendly. Having retired from the USAF after over 40 years, quite is a blessing. I would recommend it to everyone."

"Horrible place to live! Management is terrible, rude, and have caught them in lies many times. They tried to keep our security deposit, which we fought tooth and nail to get it after 6 months of threatening to take them to court. I was sexually assaulted by my neighbor and the property manager wouldn't do as much as move us into a different apartment. Security alarms went off at least once a month in the middle of the night which we couldn't turn off so i had to call the emergency line and they were so mean and acted like it was my fault."
