Aartpark Hotel Inn at Lewiston

"Do not stay here. It is disgusting. We (family of 5) booked this place for two nights to see Niagara Falls. We quickly realized we were the only family/only people staying in the entire hotel. Hair on the shower walls, blood/fluids on the mattress covers, flies in the lights, no smoke detector in the room, no remote for the TV, floors weren’t vacuumed, shower head falling off, bathroom doorknob falling off….the list goes on and I have pictures. I read reviews online that gave a glowing review. Something has changed. It is moldy smelling upon entry and there is clear disrepair. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk. We waited 15-20 min for someone to check us in. Needless to stay we got a refund for our second night. Just don’t do it. Pay more and go elsewhere."

"It's absolutely horrible, bugs everywhere. The floors haven't been vacuumed in months , bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt. Towels were stained and dirty , spiders in the bed sheets. Definitely would not recommend staying here."

"Worst place to ever stay we had a 2 night reservation. Which was placed 3 weeks in advance they told us to check in at anytime, upon arrival the doors were locked and a staff kept staring, I'm guessing their staff was asleep. After 2 hours the person that was staring came and told us there is no booking with our name! I can't believe how ridiculous this is ! Don't waste your time book another stay else where !!! There wasn't a zero star unfortunatley, cause I'd give them that !!"

"*** DO NOT STAY HERE******We didn’t even stay the night because the room was so dirty and felt unsafe. When we went to the office and tried to get a refund or leave no one was there nor did anyone answer the phone. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the floor of the bathtub was black with mold, the floor was dirty as was the refrigerator, there were stains on the bedding and the room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. It’s sad because our stay the previous year was just fine."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE . The place is FILTHY. We booked a room and cancelled within a matter of minutes . Later the same day we rebooked . Even though it was clearly stated “ full refund upon cancellation “and we did so within minutes of booking the first time my credit card was billed twice. I called and was told that they would not issue the refund as stated because I had booked a non refundable room . ( I did NOT ) The person then went on to state that the third party site used to book was the problem . Nonsense . This company is shady ."
