"Don’t have bedbugs? Don’t worry, you will shortly after moving in. The roaches, they find their way to your apartment. Need repairs? Don’t hold your breath, been over 18 months and still waiting for clothes bar in my closet. Stove has only had one burner for over a year. Great place to put someone you hate."
"if anything management is too tolerant---seems to take in renters others will not allow in because of smell, smoking whatever other issues one can have from being a victim of New Yorks Welfare enslavement------ give it a break-200 people in one building -u have the GOOD_BAD_UGLY"
"Although the NF Towers is a roach motel...Mr Flick brought attention to himself by smoking “bud” in the room...it wasn’t about medical marijuana to begin with. Smoking cigarettes in the building is against the law as well but not followed either. The building needs new management immediately."
"Not a good thing to do to put an elderly man out like that. Here's hoping you people will let him back in and explain the policy before hand. He is an elder and has less comprehensiveness than the rest of us."
"Please be advised that this appartment complex is run by downright evil and heartless people. Not a location worth considering. LIVE ELSEWHERE. Embassy Square Apartments is 100% nicer and ran by genuinely good people."
