"Jessica has gone above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable here. She is wonderful!! Issues are resolved quickly, payment can be done online, and the unit and facility renovations are GORGEOUS. Melissa has wrangled this complex into something better in a short amount of time with her incredible team and I am very happy here!"

"All of the 5 star reviews raving about the new management are fake. Take a look at the other reviews those people have left. They're all from "Lakewood", nowhere near here. No such thing as a coincidence! Since the new management has taken over, they have been abusive to the tenants, they charge ridiculous fees, they don't cash checks on time, and they are forcing people to pay fees and buy their wifi! They have no idea what they're doing! It's just awful and it's a shame. It used to be a good place to live."
"Moved onto the property about a month ago into a renovated apartment. The upgrades are honestly everything you want in an apartment in central New York.. floors are easy to clean as are the brand new appliances. And it’s all included for your utilities I just couldn’t beat the price. Management obviously cares a lot about what they’re doing to the property, they’ve changed our laundry machines and are painting common areas and replacing the old front doors. For me it’s all in justification of price and pinecrest hits all the marks for me!"
"I will take this review down if they change how they manage their checks, but I’m not impressed. I’ve had two separate issues where they’ve lost my checks, even though they are put into a labeled envelope every single month, and put into the proper drop box. I NEVER had these issues with the previous management, and I’ve lived here for years! Now they’re charging late fees, since I’ve had to cancel my checks that they LOST. I will absolutely not be paying those. What a hassle it has been to go to my bank, cancel the check, rewrite another one, and then have it be coming up on the next month, since they informed me too close to the end of this month (how convenient…). Clearly management is very disorganized with finances, which is unsettling at best."
