"The location is good but that’s the only positive thing they offer. Rent prices are too high for being old buildings with bad internals. Maintenance responses are slow or outright ignored. Recent construction has caused contractors to enter your property without notice, or with “we might visit anytime in the next 4 weeks” style notice. Management has changed hands 3 times since I started living here and it’s only my first year. I still have not received the maintenance I requested from my move in inspection. If you are able to find another apartment complex then please try. Don’t be fooled by the new siding, they are still poorly managed and have done no renovations inside. The attached pictures are from the state of the apartment when I moved in. It was very dirty, stains on just about everything, broken glass on the floor, broken or missing hardware, and nothing has been done about any of it."
