The family running this hidden gem are just super nice and understand hospitality. We will return again when in the area for sure. A real value for your money."

"Me and my husband stayed here for a night on our way to Niagara Falls. We needed a clean and safe place to sleep, and this place provided that very well. We stayed in room number 10 and I’m honestly very impressed by how clean was the room, and bathroom specifically. Snacks and some fruit were complementary and they served coffee, tea and some muffins. Not a fancy place at all but if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to spend the night this place definitely worth a try."

"My wife, daughter and I stayed 2 nights recently. It was one of the few locations available in the area because of the new york state fair. Therefore they charged us almost $300/night instead of their usual $150. On the second night, around 10pm, my 7 year old daughter stepped off of the bed and was stung by a wasp. We had no windows or doors open, not even in the bathroom so we had no idea how it got in. My daughter spent the rest of the night screaming and crying in pain. The following day i mentioned it to the manager who offered only his apologies. Later that same day another wasp was in the room which terrified my daughter. We found out there was a nest swarming with them in the awning just outside of our room. I complained to the manager who offered a refund, which he assured me he'd take care of on Monday. After trying to contact them on Monday and Tuesday, im confident that i was lied to and will not be receiving the refund in was promised. My daughter spent the next 48 hours in intermittent pain and crying throughout the night."

"What a lovely stay - fabulously clean (actually - completely spotless and way above a normal 4 star hotel standard), very comfortable and the nicest possible owners you could ever hope to meet. Yes, it's a highway motel and not a full service hotel but for a place to stop over whilst you're on the road it's a complete gem and a real find. And to the owners for going above and beyond for forwarding my forgotten kindle - thank you very much indeed."

"I was shocked at what a wonderful stay this was! The owners were so gracious and thoughtful. There was fruit, water, and the heater turned on upon my arrival. They were extremely accommodating. The rooms were so well kept, clean, and very nice looking. Peaceful and quiet stay. I was traveling alone with a child and felt extremely safe. This is a place I’d go out of my way to return to any time in Syracuse."
