"Tyler and Brian were very helpful and easy to talk to. I am not a tech savvy person and get frustrated when talking with people who are. Tyler and Brian were patient and explained everything they were going to do in recovering my apps, contacts, texts,etc that didn't transfer to my new phone when I did it. My old phone had a cracked screen ( many cracks!) which made it difficult for me. They were able to recover 99.9% of what I needed. There were only two apps that didn't transfer over because I didn't have them backed up. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them ! Great job gentlemen!"
