"First time coming here today due to receiving coupons in the mail about a month ago. When it was time to pay I handed the man who did my pedicure the coupon, and he immediately looked at one of the managers and I was told that they can’t accept the coupon because 3 weeks ago they switched owners. I was upset because I specially came there because I had a coupon, and there was no news of owners being changed or at least a new coupon being sent out to let the public know. I literally just got that coupon. They should have honored it if they wanted to keep a customer. I would have given this place no stars because of that reason, but the pedicure was nice, and I enjoyed that it was super quiet in there with meditation music playing, so that’s why the 3 stars. I will probably go back for just that reason alone. Personally, that’s the only type of salon I like to go to because I want to relax, not hear a bunch of Levitt moms gossiping."
"I'll start with the positive; I was able to just walk in, the employees were very friendly, and the place itself is clean & pretty! There was a language barrier between me & the woman doing my nails, and instead of just guessing, she got another employee to help communicate and ensured everything was correct(: Reasonably priced as well! However, my (gel) nails did not last at all. They started to chip after only a few days which was disappointing considering I get at least 2 weeks out of them at other places.. I'm not sure if it was the products, process, etc., but unfortunately due to how quickly they came off I just can't justify going back."
