"I was visiting my bf out of state locally and decided to get my nails done here on a whim out of convenience (on top of that I was already pushing 5 weeks since my last powder dip XD). I must say, Joanna (I apologize if spelled wrong!) did a fantastic job. I walked in at around 3:45 without an appointment, an head of a weekend snow storm, and although every staff member was with a client, however, I was served within ten minutes. Joanna took her time ensuring both the shape and length were to my liking (perfect!). Coats a bit on the thinner side, but my normal tech home sometimes does it too thick. I was also pleased with the price at checkout. The only drawback was that it was incredibly hot inside with the wall heaters and the shop had a strong acetone smell, but all fixable. I would absolutely come back when visiting the area to see Joanna again."

"I came in to get a basic fill in. I wasn't even greeted when I came in, just told to pick a color. When I asked about the price, I had to force the girl to break down the price because $80 was way more I've ever paid for a fill in with chrome. The girl clearly did not want me knowing prices. The add on prices here are disgusting. It was a decent manicure, but for what I paid today for a plain French here I would have gotten designs and a rhinestones anywhere else in town. Not worth these up charges"

"Went for a simple service of getting my acrylics removed, instead of soaking all the nails off the technician took one of the plastic tips and shimmied the acrylics off my nails, if i wanted to do that i would’ve done it myself but doing that breaks my nails which is why i was PAYING to have them take off professionally. While doing this the technician broke my nail to the base and looked at it and tried to pretend it didn’t happen. After i pointed out the fact she broke my nail she took the powder base for gels and put on top of the nail but you can still clearly see it broken in half underneath. charged me $17 for that and a clear coat and when i didn’t leave a tip was extremely rude to me as i was leaving. Will never return here if i could give 0 stars to a business I would. Maybe the technicians should consider not being so busy talking to each other and they could actually do their job. would never recommend this nail salon to anyone"

"First off they charged me extra to soak off. Not my problem they told me to come an HOUR before they close. I even asked them if that was enough time, of course they said it was. I get there and they look at my nails and said they don’t do that. Don’t do what?? Sns powder?? The ladies were getting frustrated with my nails that the powder was on thick and talking about me in their language. I may not speak their language, but I’m not stupid and know when I’m being ridiculed. They cut me on both fingers because they were rushing, and not even two days later my nail is broke because the powder is way too thin!! Waste of $85. I will not be coming back.I don’t understand how this place has good reviews."
