"I had a broken spring and pulley on one side of garage door. Called on a Friday afternoon and they came like an hour or two later for estimate. They basically gave me 3 options. 1. Replace spring, pulley and cable 2. Upgrade to a spring. 3. Upgrade to “high cycle” torsion spring We went with the high cycle torsion spring since it’s our main entryway to house and we get a 15 yr warranty. My garage door sounds so much smoother, and was able to get rid of those old rickety springs and the option I went with also got new rollers for the door, so it’s glides along the track much better now too. 716 Garage Door Repair did an excellent job and was SO fast. I called around and prices were comparable. 716GDR at least gave me options. I called in afternoon on a Friday, they came same day for estimate and they came Monday morning to fix. They were knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure they understood everything.. Overall, I would use them again and would refer to a friend. Highly recommend!"
