"I’ve had very good experiences here before. Recently when I went to get dip nails with extensions, it was my worst nail experience at any salon. Considering the price you pay you’d expect expectional service yet the lady I had to refile my nails 4 different times since she messed up the color and I was in the salon for three hours thanks to her having to correct my nails again and again. Her and I argued about what I wanted even after showing her a picture of the nails I’ve previous had before. I left the salon with my cuticles bleeding."
