"I've worked with Carpet World on a few projects so when I needed to have the floors redone in my nursery I looked to work with them again. They did not show up twice on days they were scheduled to do the job and provided no communication that they wouldn't be coming or follow up to apologize or reschedule. I called every day to reschedule and they would always say that they would "call me back" and consistently failed to do so. I am now 1 month out from my due date and have had to switch flooring companies to get the job done in time. I am giving them 1 star due to past projects but I will never be working with them again."

"We were happy with results and our floors look great. Diego the installer was very attentive and did a great job. HOWEVER! Make sure to get a good idea of what the extra cost is to level your floors if you are doing hardwood. We knew it would be additional but we weren't prepared to get walloped like we did."
