Unfortunately, did not have the receipt with me, and was told by an extremely rude and curt salesperson there was nothing I can do for you. Would not even attempt to look up the sale or accommodate in any way. Normally I’m very supportive of local businesses, but this one needs a serious customer service overhaul if they expect to survive long term in the new wholesale and retail environment. Just to add salt to the wound - I followed up with a visit to HD to return a couple items and walked out with a full refund in under a minute..."
