"Sad to say but I don’t know where to start, I dropped off my saw mid 2023. I called every month for 3 months straight with them telling me they would call me when it’s done. They never took my number so they never called me even though MY NUMBER WAS ON THE CHAINSAW. Also the part was $6.49 and it’s a piece that snaps on. They charged me $75 dollars and did not write anything on the bill other than the part was $6.49 and that they did not have my number. Also saw was all scratched up when I got it back. Sad and safe to say I will never go back."
"They know their stuff. They open early on Saturday, too. I asked if they had a fuel bulb, they said they have two. They said bring in the machine. I drove from two towns away. They had one that fit. I was skeptical, but they are on top of it. Give them a try, why buy online, when you have a great local business. I wish them well."
"I was very impressed with the availability of power tools and equipment: bedshapers, chainsaws, edgers, leaf blowers, leaf vacuums, lawn mowers, pole pruners, power brushes, pressure washers, snow blowers, sprayers, trimmers, service engines, landscaping equipment, cut-off machines, augers drills. They also service and repair equipment."

"I had a 2 year old Arien 24 inch snow blower which I bought from C R. In 2 years they had to replace the blade's belts last year. They had to replace 3 drive belt this year. We did not have 15, 10, 7, maybe 5 storms in 2 years. Something is wrong those belts should not have to replaced with a 2 year old snowblower. C R charged me full price for both set of belts. Not fair, Very bad business.."
