"I wish I can give her zero star. Stay away from this lady. First She doesn’t know how to nails for what so ever. Second she only use cheap material. On Monday December 19th I went to get my nails done from her. I wanted to get acrylic. Firstly she was using some cheap glue that couldn’t even let the tips together, she was actually blowing my nails with her mouth to dry the glue. On Wednesday December 21st one nail broke, later on another nail broke. I went to Asian salon nearby they changed me $20 to fix the two nails. Later on that same day when I was getting home from the Asian salon 2 other nails came off. Finally I said to myself I’m not paying to fix them again there’s a deeper problem. On the 23 of the December I contacted her and sent her picture of my nails to let her know the issue. She said she’s very busy I have to reschedule to get a new set done thinking that since it’s her mistake she will just redone my nails even different style. Remember I paid money to remove her mess at a different salon, when I got there the Asian man said she did a terrible job, she doesn’t know how to do nail at all. I ended spending the holiday with my nails looking busted. Since she was busy during the holiday I contacted her today January 1 2023. She’s asking me to pay again in order to schedule me for another appointment. I couldn’t believe it when she said that to me. All she cares about is the money. She cannot do nails. Please stay away from her! She wants to get rich and have no ideas how to do nails."

"With in about 12 hours of my appointment the polish started coming off and 24 hrs it completely came off. I ask to be seen asap since I paid money for a service and she could not fit me in. Like really I got done Tuesday it was gone by Wednesday lack of communication is ridiculous like make this right like telling me I have to wait 3 days and I cant because I have work at the time she wants I don't get why she can't go out her way to make this right like she is asking me to do.this isn't the right way to run a business. Stay away like I get things happen but refusing to do anything is messed up."

"Had such a good experience today with my first appointment with Jennifer! Definitely will be going back, she’s so friendly and warm. Had a great conversation! She really puts effort into the work she does. Very happy with my nails !!"

"Owner did nails and cut me twice and proceeded to say don’t be a baby. As if cutting someone, where blood came on two separate nails is part of the service. She’s lucky I’m a decent human and still paid. I’ve used her before but today is the last I’ll ever use her service. Do yourself a favor stay away. $110 for injuries and then had the mitigated gall to say will I be adding tip. The tip is don’t cut customers. Update: one of the two fingers that this women cut (injured) got infected. Had to go to urgent care. Do not go here if you care about yourself! I would give zero (0) stars if I could."
