"We purchased our home starting in Feb 2021. Had a inspection done and it needed some repairs and we agreed to pay for 800.00 of repairs, needless to say they only did one repair. Fast forward closed may 7th 2021 and called National Grid to get service turned on in our names and informed we had to get a copy of the deed and a notorized letter from attorney stating we owned the property as they stated Eric Ingraham was stealing services. So we did that, one fire put out. Two day's after closing our neighbors tell us our driveway is there property and I said no the MLS listed a acre and then pulled our survey we payed for and was correct we were shorted. 38 of a acre which I paid the taxes on. We have a appointment to stop down to town of New Haven to meet with assessor to see our options at this point as my driveway isn't my driveway. Yesterday came home and my propane tanks were gone and called Glider oil to be informed prior owner Eric Ingraham asked for them to be picked up and he get a credit. Which I know we discussed the propane with our agent and told included which was from 315 Realators. So I believe the agent at Salomon should have been aware of the discrepancies with National Grid, the acreagage and now the oil and if she went on blind faith like we did than it's a lesson that this day and age cannot take people for their word. So I would never recommend buying any property from that man and if buying a home and that real estate company is listing it, get everything in writing. Very displeased with the chaos of the purchase."
