"Before a left a duvet cover to be altered I explained I could only leave it if they could guarantee to have it ready by Wednesday end of the day, which they confirmed. Wednesday the duvet was not ready and their explanation was that they person who did the work was still in NJ at another job. They said they would call me then she arrived. They never called. I had to buy a new duvet since this was for a house that was rented, and when I went to pick it up there was no apology or compensation offered. The job was well done, but they offer an unreliable service. I won’t be coming back."

"Nice people but in the few months I used them they were CLOSED WITHOUT NOTICE 3 TIMES. This is especially frustrating since they are only open ~ 4.5 days per week to begin with. No cleaning is done on premises. Wait time can be as long as 3-4 days."

"Laura did an amazing job on my daughter’s prom dress! The work was impeccable, timely and very reasonably priced. We have been using them for 2 years for dry cleaning as well and have always been pleased!"

"Made an appointment to have my bridesmaid dress altered so it would be ready in time for me to ship it to Denver, CO where the wedding is, and when I showed up, the seamstress wasn’t there. The only employee present then tried to begin alterations and said the seamstress wasn’t coming in until 4 hours AFTER the scheduled appointment, and to find another place to alter the dress. Today was my first and last experience here- truly disappointed."

"I've been here a few times to get different articles of clothing tailored and with custom work and I've always been super satisfied. Today I needed some patches placed on some shirts and I gave her the patches and shirts. Come to find out, the shirts were already patched by the company which was an oversight on my part but the point is Andrea took the time to contact me and inform me that the shirts are already patched. This is the purest form of ethical behavior from a business. She could've easily called me later in the week and would've made the quickest 24 bucks off my oversight and no one would've ever known but she didn't. This location has gained my business for life and I will implore anyone I know in the area to get their stuff done here. A+ customer service and work!"
