"As a Customer for 20 years, I went to Fishkill Plaza Cleaners solely for convenience. Their Quality and Service was never more than barely adequate. Prices are high ($2.75 for shirts), the quality of work is low and their "Customer Service" is low... boarding on rude. Movin' on."

"I usually come here to get one or two things dry cleaned. Fairly reasonable pricing and my clothes come out clean and pressed. Haven't had any issues, but then again it's not somewhere I am at often."

"I will no longer use their service. I requested alterations for my last 3 items and had major issues. The first was a balloon blouse. I asked to remove the elastic and hem as a normal blouse. They removed the elastic and sewed it back as a balloon blouse....and now too short of a blouse. Next a MK coat. Had buttons put on but all buttons not aligned in same direction. Then asked for buttons to be added to my Camuto coat and specifically told them not to remove zipper because it is a high end decorative feature on the coat. They removed the zipper and insisted that I said to remove the zipper. Strangely enough I had previously asked them to hem the coat which they did. At that time I also brought hooks but she did not recommend putting them on the coat. So they did the hemming and I told her I would be back with buttons. But she claims I never told her not to remove the zipper. To top it off I got a $50 parking ticket since I couldn’t find parking near the cleaners and thought I’d just grab the coat and be on my way. Now my coat has lost it’s beautiful feature"

"Terrible experience overall. Their hours of operation is not accurate they close at 7. Took 3 weeks to get my vest back because they went on vacation. On top of everything I paid for the dry cleaning when I dropped it off they charged me again when I finally went to pick it up. I argued with them and told them to check their cameras but they wouldn't do so all they said was I'f you want to leave with your dry cleaning you gotta pay. This is a dishonest business. I should have listened to the other reviews against my better judgment I decided to give the local spot in town a try. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I highly recommend going to any other place then here"
