"They're not bad about getting you in and out but they will overload you beyond 80,000 pounds and they don't allow you to use their scaled, which should be illegal."
"Address 45 County Rte 42 or 1 Alcoa Rd do not take 37B low bridge 13ft and the town doesn't really want you coming through there...... Come off of 37 the main highway onto Alcoa Rd .... Cross over the bridge and hang a left at the stop sign you'll see the entrance to the right park against the guardrail come fully prepared with hard hat gloves safety vest eye protection Etc they run the gamut on safety.... For my foreign friends be prepared to have to speak and read English extremely well no cell phone translation allowed this is a no BS facility for the most part...."
"Loading hours are from 0700 to 1530 only. It is a very large facility, so make sure to pay attention to directions. Loading is slow at best, so be prepared to wait all day. They do allow overnight parking in the staging area outside the main gate, and there are a few food options nearby."
