"Was looking today for a sump pump.. Its that time of year. Most of them at home depot were sold out and I happened to see the sign for this place. Am I ever glad I happened to stop in! I wish I would have got his name but the older gentleman working in there was exceptional! He got me all fixed up and I barely even knew what I was talking about. I am definitely going to be stopping back in for any further household needs. More for the amazing customer service but also for the great products! Thank you!!"

"I've dealt with kinek through triple a building center for 5 years now. But never once have they asked for my id or kinek account number( there supposed to). As there is another person with a account at this location with the same name is me. Today is the first time they gave one of my packages to that person. Why?, because they did not ask for id nor did they check his account number (which would be different from mine). When I called and told them what happened they said they don't know how that happened and to call back tomorrow!, lol what a joke. I even changed the name on my Ebay account to my sister's, (as she lives in hogansburg) and she can pick them up, so they don't give those packages to someone else , but apparently no one realizes anything as long as you pay them$5 per package. I'm done with kinek/triple a building center , you've lost my business and trust"
"Place is clean and organized. The salespeople were great in helping us. Prices are comparable to other lumber yards. Alot of items are actually cheaper than Home Depot."
