"I had a problem with my shower faucet on a Sunday. Monday morning first thing they called me back to have someone come by that day. Cheerful and friendly service over the phone and in person! I appreciate that they showed me what they were fixing and why there was a problem, making sure I fully understood what had happened. Very happy with the service!"

"Here I am single mom, very beginning of Covid, just recently furloughed, feeling as though my world is crumbling down and I lose water !!! I call Grants and the kind lady sends a very nice gentleman right out!!! He works for hours in the rain, digging by hand because the problem ends up being at my well! He did not leave until I had water !!! Hours later! I offered him drinks , he would not accept them! He worked non-stop until I had water m, at times he was headfirst down a hole he had dug In mud and wetness, The price was un-beatable as well. I would hire them a thousand times over !"

"I don't have a lot of faith in the technicians working for Grant's. We recently had trouble with our hot water heater and had Grant's come take a look. The gentlemen who visited said we needed a new heater and quoted us a price on a 40 gallon heater to replace the old unit. After they left I looked more closely at the old one and realized that it was actually 50 gallon--I'm just glad I didn't have them go ahead and replace it since we would have been pretty upset to decrease our hot water capacity! Ultimately we saved a bunch of money by getting a family friend to help us replace the unit ourselves and avoided working with people who didn't seem to care all that much about the details of the job at hand."
