"We hired Rivers Septic to pump our septic tank on a weekend. Contact and scheduling went smoothly. However, we paid the service man in the middle of pumping and minutes later he left the job site. The tank was still a 1/4 of the way full. He told our contractor that his hose clogged and left without offering to return to finish the job. We had to seek other help to completely drain the septic tank."

"Service was first rate. Timing was everything for me. They happened to have a truck headed right by my house at the time I called. Seriously arrived in under 5 min. They located the tank, dug out the cap, pumped the tank out and verified the drains were clear, covered the tank and were headed out all in under 30 min. They also gave me valuable advice while they were pumping. These guys know their stuff and we friendly fast and complete. Really first class service. I will call them again for sure! Thank you guys! Great job!"
